Terms of Service

These Terms govern the PlanetWob website and GASOIL (together, the Service). GASOIL provides charting, planning, visual indicators, and configured alerts. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

PlanetWob is software only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, hold custody of assets, or act as a broker, exchange, financial adviser, investment manager, or fiduciary.

PlanetWob tools are developed for practical use and released selectively. Availability, features, capacity, and continued access may change where reasonably necessary to keep the Service stable, supportable, and proportionate to operating costs.

GASOIL is an open beta. Features, interfaces, limits, integrations, and stored formats may change. Beta access does not imply uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or suitability as the sole system for monitoring a market or managing trading decisions.

Charts, indicators, plans, drawings, mapped-market proximity states, configured alerts, examples, documentation, and market data are informational and analytical tools. Nothing in PlanetWob is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

Bullish, bearish, strengthening, fading, urgency and similar interface labels describe an interpretation of market evidence, not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, go long or go short. No performance or profitability is promised. You make every trading or investment decision independently and at your own risk.

No chart, drawing, alert, indicator, plan, proximity value, mapped-market state, triggered alert, interface state, documentation, or other output is a promise or guarantee of profit, gain, performance, accuracy, timing, market outcome, or protection from loss.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by third-party errors. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

Market and trading risk

Trading cryptocurrencies and crypto perpetual contracts involves substantial risk. Prices may move rapidly, liquidity may disappear, leverage may amplify losses, and a position may be liquidated or lose its entire value.

Past performance, chart structure, technical indicators, alerts, plans, and mapped-market proximity states do not predict or guarantee future results. These tools do not remove market, execution, counterparty, technology, or liquidity risk.

Independent responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether a market, instrument, venue, position size, and level of leverage are appropriate for your circumstances. Independent financial, legal, and tax advice should be obtained where necessary.

You are solely responsible for how you configure, interpret, combine, and act on information produced or displayed by PlanetWob. Misuse, mistaken interpretation, unsupported assumptions, or reliance on the Service as a substitute for independent judgment remain your responsibility.

You are also responsible for confirming that access to and use of the relevant market or instrument is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Alerts are generated from conditions you configure and from third-party market data. In-app status, Discord delivery, and Telegram delivery may be delayed, duplicated, interrupted, or fail.

Watchlist is the inventory for visible and closed charts. Its proximity information is a review tool, not a trade instruction, live alert evaluation, or guarantee that an object will be reached. You must not rely on PlanetWob as your only source of time-sensitive market monitoring.

An alert or proximity update may appear after the relevant market movement, may not appear at all, or may reflect data that differs from another venue or chart. Its absence, presence, wording, or timing must not be interpreted as confirmation that a trade should or should not be taken.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanetWob is not liable for loss arising from a missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate alert or proximity update.

Volume, EMA 200, Visible Range Volume Profile, and confirmed pivots are analytical chart indicators and must not be treated as trade instructions.

Chart indicators depend on third-party candle history and live feeds. Missing or delayed data can produce missing, delayed, or different values. Plain volume columns do not create alerts.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use PlanetWob.

Wallet-based access

PlanetWob uses a wallet-linked account, a unique username, and a workspace password. No email address is required. Wallet ownership is verified by signing a message; signing does not move funds or grant spending permission.

You are responsible for keeping your wallet, device, and workspace password secure. Access tied to a wallet you no longer control may not be recoverable.

Access limits

Features and limits vary by product and Access level. GASOIL limits may include open charts, mapped markets, saved drawings, armed conditions, layouts and ratio charts. GASOIL armed-condition capacity is shared across open and closed charts. GASOIL Free provides two fixed Bybit markets, BTC / USDT and ETH / USDT, up to two open charts, four saved objects per market and eight total, two armed conditions, Focus and Rows views, and in-app triggered alerts only. Each product's published limits form part of its Service description.

PlanetWob currently offers no subscriptions or paid Access. GASOIL Free and approved Core Early Access are available without payment.

Alternative access grants

PlanetWob may occasionally grant limited or temporary Access through a disclosed partnership or verified ownership of a specifically identified eligible token. Each grant may define its own eligibility, duration, capacity, verification requirements, and ending conditions. A grant may expire or be withdrawn in accordance with those disclosed conditions and does not create a permanent service entitlement.

PlanetWob and its products currently have no official token. A third-party or unofficial token provides no affiliation, endorsement, equity, revenue rights, investment rights, ownership rights, or Access unless the exact token contract and grant are expressly identified through official PlanetWob channels.

Future paid access

When paid Access is made available, checkout will state the accepted asset, network, recipient address, amount, Access level, term, and confirmation requirements. Access begins only after the required on-chain confirmation. Blockchain congestion and transaction fees are outside PlanetWob's control.

If paid Access is introduced, it will remain available only for its confirmed term. Expiry and recovery conditions will be disclosed for that product and Access level. Current GASOIL Core Early Access is an unpaid grant; if it ends, its workspace remains recoverable for 30 days. At the end of the applicable recovery period, the shared account and application data are deleted unless Access is restored. Free accounts have a 3-day inactivity period, except while a Core Early Access request is pending manual review; private-access accounts have a 60-day inactivity period. The Privacy Policy explains shared-account retention.

Payments, refunds, and withdrawal rights

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for checking the network, asset, amount, and recipient before sending payment. Any refund restriction, immediate-performance request, or loss of a statutory withdrawal right applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and only where the required checkout disclosures and express acknowledgements were provided.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree not to:

• Use PlanetWob for an unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent account, Access, rate, or other product controls.
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, including through abusive automation or excessive requests.
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code or protected data feeds beyond what applicable law permits.
• Misrepresent PlanetWob charts, alerts, or output as investment advice issued by PlanetWob.
• Use another person's wallet-linked account without authority.

PlanetWob's software, interface, charting and drawing systems, documentation, visual design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal or internal business use. No other rights are granted.

PlanetWob depends on third-party market data, blockchain networks, authentication, database, hosting, content-delivery, Discord, Telegram, and other infrastructure. PlanetWob does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, continuity, or policies of those third parties. Their interruption may affect the Service without notice.

PlanetWob is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not limit statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

No statement in the interface, documentation, policies, support communication, or product description creates a guarantee of financial return, successful trading, uninterrupted monitoring, correct interpretation, or a particular market result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanetWob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, loss of data, or interruption of business arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanetWob is not responsible for losses resulting from user-configured conditions, misuse, misinterpretation, reliance on displayed information, failure to independently verify information, third-party market data, network interruption, unavailable infrastructure, or missed, delayed, duplicated, stale, or inaccurate output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanetWob's aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to PlanetWob during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify PlanetWob against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

PlanetWob's Privacy Policy explains the account, wallet, workspace, activity, IP-derived country, infrastructure, and payment evidence data processed by the Service. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Account deletion is irreversible and removes application data that PlanetWob is permitted to delete. Public blockchain records and records that must be retained under applicable law cannot be altered or erased through PlanetWob.

You may stop using PlanetWob at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to abuse, enforce Access limits, or address a material breach of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated as PlanetWob changes or as legal requirements develop. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or website before taking effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you and PlanetWob should attempt to resolve the dispute through direct written contact where reasonable.

Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Portuguese and EU law. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory right of an EU consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and PlanetWob concerning the Service and replace prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.

PlanetWob currently operates GASOIL as a non-commercial open beta. Where available, approved testers can submit product communication through Feedback & Bugs.
